Sanwa BL-SIGMA controller is an electronic speed controller from SANWA, designed for use with brushed motors (over 12T). It will perform best in 1:10, 1:12 and 1:14 models of cars driven by brushed electric motors (also known as "Crawlers"), and thanks to the protection against moisture - in models of motor boats and other vessels.

The modern design of current connections and the highest quality of components used to assemble the regulator allowed to significantly reduce the weight and dimensions of the device, which now fits in a small housing with dimensions of 32x36.5x18 mm, so far only found in regulators for a much "lower" class of motors. The heat sink embedded in the housing is responsible for efficient heat dissipation during operation, while the thick 16AWG wires in a soft silicone sheath ensure almost lossless voltage transfer from the battery to the engine, with a temperature tolerance of up to 200 degrees Celsius. C. Strong BEC system (up to 6V / 3A) ensures smooth operation of even very strong servos based on metal modes, as well as all other connected devices (such as lights or sound modules). The regulator is also compatible with servos operating in SHR mode

The regulator has built-in systems protecting the regulator against overheating and current surges, as well as protection against excessive discharge of LiPo and LiFe batteries.

The controller works with NiMH (7.2V), LiPo (7.4V) and LiFe (6.6V) batteries and brush motors max. class 600 with the number of turns not less than 12.

The ON-OFF switch is led out on the cable (and secured in a waterproof silicone sheath), thanks to which it is possible to "expose" it to the outside of the model's body or the ship's side.

The system of jumper switches facilitates quick setting of the regulator in terms of the operating mode and the type of battery used:

NORMAL mode: the regulator will work in the "Gas / Brake / Reverse" mode
RACE mode: the regulator will work in the "Gas / Brake" mode
CRA WL ER mode: the regulator will work in "Throttle / Reverse" mode (only for slow running crawler models!)

Warning! Do not use the CRA WL ER mode for cars other than the "Crawler" type because it does not have a brake function - in a situation when the model is accelerated strongly, sudden reverse gear may damage the differentials or other mechanical components of the model drive.
